Sound healing is an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years to promote balance and well-being. Each organ in the body resonates at a specific frequency when healthy. When these frequencies become imbalanced, it can lead to discomfort or dis-ease. Sound therapy utilizes precise vibrational frequencies, measured in Hertz, to realign these vibrations—helping to restore the body’s natural harmony.
