Factory Fusion Festival Rules

Booking & Registration

Exclusive merch packs for all class participants (1 per person). Early bird registrations only.
Registrations confirmed via email on October 1st, 2025 – participants must confirm their reservation.
Registration closes Tuesday, September 30th at 5 PM.
No on-the-spot bookings at the festival will be accepted.

To enter the HYROX Race (11:30 AM) you must have joined at least 1 class.
To enter the Fusion Challenge, you must attend at least 2 classes throughout the day.
A no-show for any class = automatic exclusion from both HYROX Race & Fusion Challenge.
A no-show or cancellation also results in a 3-day class booking ban at Body Factory.

Complete all 4 classes and enter the "Fitness Fan" raffle to win a Body Factory membership.
All classes are complimentary for Body Factory Bali members only (active membership required during the festival).
Run Club is free for all, prior registration required.
Judges decision is final, this for fun fitness fam, let's keep it chilled.
